Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

2 Drop(s)

Rose water

0.25 Oz

Lychee liquor

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Oz

Sake haiku gekkeikan

Ice

In a shaker, use a muddler to crush the cucumber pieces with the lemon juice and the sugar. Pourthe other ingredients out and fill your shaker up with ice cubes. Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds and pour it out, with a cocktail strainer, into a champagne coupe.
