Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

1 Oz

Lime juice

0.50 Oz

Orgeat syrup

0.50 Oz

Grenadine syrup

1 Oz

Plantateray white rum

1 Oz

Rhum planteray dark

0.75 Oz

Falernum syrrup

1 Oz

Pink grapefruit juice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out.

Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour your cocktail out, into a TIKI glass.

Method of preparation

Shaker

Add 2 drops of Angostura and slap on a head of mint. Put half a hollowed-out lime on top of your glass. Add 0.25 oz of Plantation Dark rum. Flambé the rum with a torch, and to create spectacular flames, sprinkle cinnamon over the flame.
