Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Peach syrup
4 Piece(s)
Strawberry(ies)
4 Piece(s)
Cantaloupe melon
2 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice
-
In a shaker, add the strawberries, the melon, the lemon juice and the peach syrup.
Use a muddler to crush this mix.
Pour all the ingredients, Except the Fiol Prosecco.
Addd ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker into a wine glass.
Top with the Ruffino Prosecco.
