Lillet blanc
5 Oz
Grapefruit 1642 tonic
- Ice

Place a sprig of thyme on a wooden board.
Burn it and cover it with your glass. Wait a little and turn your glass.
Then your in the glass, pour all the ingredients.
Add ice.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
