Prosecco thyme syrrup
1 Oz
St germain
2 Oz
Pink grapefruit juice
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino rosé
- Ice

In a shaker pour the ingredients, except the Prosecco.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain your shaker into a flute glass.
Top with the rosé Ruffino Prosecco.
