Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Simple syrrup

1 Oz

Egg white

1.50 Oz

Jameson whiskey

Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients.

Make a dry shake.

Fill your shaker up with ice cubes.

Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour out your cocktail, through a cocktail strainer, into a coupette glass.
