Spiced pinh grapefruit syrup
1 Oz
Egg white

Basil
1 Oz
Kepler bord de mer gin
2 Oz
Cranberry/raspberry juice
- Ice

In a Shaker pour all the ingrédients out.
Make a dry shake during 8 to 10 seconds.
Add some ice cube and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupette glass.
