Ingredients

0.25 Oz

Lychee liquor

0.50 Oz

Rose syrup

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Grapefruit rosemary 3 lacs gin

2 Oz

Pink grapefruit juice

1 Oz

Prosecco ruffino rosé

0 Berries

Elderflower tonic 1642

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the Fiol Prosecco !!

Fill it up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain your cocktail out into a coupette glass, fill it up with Fiol Prosecco and stir gently.
