With this cocktail it's Apéro Time !...
Ingredients
Recipe for 1 person or 1 Cocktail
0.25 Oz
Lemon juice
0.25 Oz
Lime juice
0.50 Oz
Vanilla syrup
3 Drop(s)
Orange blossom
1 Oz
Egg white
1.50 Oz
Bold gin
1 Oz
Cream
3 Oz
Soda
- Ice
-
Place a sprig of rosemary on a wooden board.
Burn it and cover it with your glass.
In a shaker pour all the ingredients out.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a Fizz glass.
Top with the Perrier.
