Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Tyme syrrup
1 Oz
Lychee liquor
2 Oz
Rosé cranberry juice
2 Oz
Prosecco ruffino rosé
- Ice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients out, except the bubbles.
Make a dry shake during 8 to 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a flute glass.
Top with the Ruffino Prosecco rose.
