Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Anise syrup
1 Oz
Bold gin
2 Oz
Pear - pineapple juice
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, except the Prosecco.
Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the cocktail out, through a strainer, into a coupette glass.
Top with the Ruffino !
