A fruity and slighlty sparkling cocktail

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Orange syrup

1 Oz

Cointreau

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

1 Pinch(es)

Pink powder

2 Oz

Prosecco ruffino brut

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, EXCEPT the Prosecco.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a fcoupette glass.

Top with the Ruffino Prosecco.
