Lychee liquor

Rosé cranberry juice
0.25 Oz
Egg white
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino rosé
- Ice

In a shaker pour the ingredients, ezcept the Prosecco.
Make a dry shake during 8 to 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain your shaker into a flute glass.
Top with the rosé Ruffino Prosecco.
