Maple syrup

1 Oz

Boulard calvados

2 Oz

Apple juice

0.25 Oz

Egg white

Ice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients,

Make a dry shake.

Add ice and shake it well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass.
