Ingredients

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Orange syrup

0.50 Oz

Cointreau

0.50 Oz

Cognac

2 Oz

Prosecco

Ice

Pour all the ingredients except the prosecco into a shaker.

Add ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

Using a strainer, pour into a coupe glass, then pour in the prosecco.

Stir with a mixing spoon.
