Lemon juice

Orgeat syrup

0.50 Oz

Egg white

1 Oz

Empress gin

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

Ice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients.

Make a dry shake.

Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain your cocktail out into a coupette glass.
