Lime juice
0.50 Oz
Falernum syrrup

Ginger
1 Oz
Sainte-marie cocount rum
2 Oz
Pineapple juice
- Ice

In a shaker pour the lemon juice, the falernum syrrup and the ginger.
Use a muddler to crush thix mix.
Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain your cocktail out into a coupette glass.
