Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Spiced honey syrup

1 Oz

Bold gin

2 Oz

Apple juice

Ice

Noel épicé

In a shaker pour all the ingredients out.

Add ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain your cocktail out into a coupette glass.
