A Pisco cocktail with orange and coriander flavours

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lime juice

0.50 Oz

Orange syrup

1 Pinch(es)

Coriander

1 White

Egg white

1 Oz

Pisco

3 Oz

Pineapple juice

Ice

In a shaker, add the pinch of coriander and pour the other ingredients out.

Make a dry shake.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. P
