A greedy sparkling wine cocktail !!!

Rosemary

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Liquid cane sugar

1 Oz

Smirnoff vodka

1 Oz

Sparkling wine

1 Scoop(s)

Strawberry sorbet

In a shaker, put the strawberry pieces and pour the lemon juice and liquid sugar cane out. Use a muddler to crush this mix and add the rosemary and the gin. Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds. Pour all the content of your shaker out into a digestive glass, add 2 or 3 ice cubes if it requires. Add the sparkling wine to finish your drink. Astuteness : Add a sorbet spoon into your glass before shaking your cocktail. Then, your cocktail won’t be diluted
