Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Simple syrrup

1.50 Oz

Buffalo trace bourbon

1 Oz

Egg white

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out.

Make a dry shake.

Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Use a strainer to strain into a coupette glass.
