In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, except the Ruffino brut Prosecco.
Fill your shaker up with ice cubes and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Use a strainer to strain into a High Ball glass.
Top with the Ruffino brut Prosecco.
