Ingredients

1 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Simple syrrup
0.50 Oz
Egg white
1.50 Oz
Bourbon
0.50 Oz
Red wine
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the other ingredients out.
Add the ice and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupette glass.
Gently pour in the red wine using the back of a mixing spoon.
