Limoncello

Egg white

3 Oz

Prosecco ruffino brut

In a shaker put all the ingredients out, except the Prosecco.

make a '' dry shake ''.

Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass.

Add some ice cubes.

Top with the Prosecco Ruffino Brut
