Ingredients

Recipe for 1 cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

2 Tsp

Maple butter

1 Oz

Sortilège whisky

3 Oz

Pear juice

2 Leaf(ves)

Mint

Ice

Make a rim, with some maple syrup and some maple sugar.

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass.
