Bubbles

Egg white

In a shaker, put all the ingredients, except the bubbles & the Aranciata.
Make a dry shake for 8 to 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour your entire shaker into a wine glass.
Topez with the Bubbles & the Aranciata.
