Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Honey syrup

2 Sprig(s)

Rosemary

1.50 Oz

Maple gin noroi

2 Oz

Pear juice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients.

Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass..
