Ginger beer 1642
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the other ingredients out, except the1642 ginger .
Add the ice and shake it well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker into an Old fashioned glass.
Top with the 1642 ginger.
Stir a little.
