Peach syrup

1 Sprig(s)

Rosemary

Eggs white

1.50 Oz

Florale martini

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

3 Oz

Martini prosecco doc

Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out, except the Prosecco.

Make a '' dry Shae '', it means shake with no ice during 8 to 10 seconds.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain your shaker into a glass of champagne.

Top your glass with the Martini Prosecco DOC
