Yuzu juice

Apricot jam

Rosemary

Orange juice

Santa margherita prosecco

In a shaker,pour all the ingredients out, except the bubbles.
Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain your shaker with a strainer into a coupette glass.
Top with the Santa Margherita Prosecco.
