Lemon juice
1 Tsp
Apricot jam
1 Oz
Cointreau
2 Leaf(ves)
Basil
2 Oz
Pineapple juice
2 Oz
Bubbles
- Ice

In a shaker pour all the ingredients EXCEPT the bubbles.
Add the ice and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totalité of your shaker ibto a flute glass.
Top with the bubbles.
