Cassonade

Mint

Green apple
1 Oz
Bacardi white rum
3 Oz
Apple juice
2 Oz
1642 tonic
- Ice

In a Masson Jarr, put the mint leaves with the apple pieces, the lemon juice and the cassonade sugar.
Muddle gentelly. Add ice cubes, the Rum and the aplle juice.
Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Complete your Masson Jarr with the 1642 Tonic.
