Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz
Crème de cassis
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
1 Leaf(ves)
Mint
2 Oz
Cranberry/raspberry juice
3 Oz
Santa margherita prosecco
  • Ice
Happy Prosecco
  • In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the Prosecco.

    Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

    Pour the mix out, through a cocktail strainer, in a coupette.

    Top with the Santa Margherita.
