Yuzu juice
0.50 Oz
Liquid sugar canne
1 Oz
Luxardo limoncello
2 Oz
Orange juice
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients out except the Prosecco !!
Fill it up with ice cubes and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupette glass, and fill it up with the Prosecco Ruffino brut.
