Prosecco syrup
1 Sprig(s)
Thyme
1 Oz
Peach schnapps
2 Oz
Orange-mango juice
3 Oz
Prosecco ruffino brut
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients except the Prosecco !
Add some ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Empty your shaker into an Old Fashioned glass and fill it up with the Prosecco brut.
