Mint

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Tsp

Brown sugar

1 Oz

Havana club white rum

0.50 Oz

Elderflower syrup

0.50 Oz

Soda (perrier)

In a shaker, put the strawberry pieces and the mint leaves, pour the lemon juice out and add the brown sugar. Use a muddler to crush this mix and fill up with ice. Pour the other ingredients out EXCEPT the soda, Shake well during 8 to 10 seconds. Pour all thew shaker into an Old Fashioned glass. Add the soda.
