A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Peach schnapps

1 Sprig(s)

Rosemary

2 Oz

White cranberry juice

3 Oz

Prosecco ruffino brut

In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the Prosecco !

Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass and then complete with the Santa Margherita.
