Yuzu juice

0.50 Oz

Prosecco syrup

2 Oz

Peach nectar

3 Oz

Prosecco ruffino brut

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, except the bubbles.

Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a coupette glass with a sugar rim.

Top with the Ruffino brut bubbles.
