Ingredients

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Strawberry syrup

4 Piece(s)

Strawberry(ies)

2 Leaf(ves)

Basil

1 Dash(es)

Orange blossom

2 Oz

Red cranberry juice

2 Oz

Sparkling wine

Ice

Cheers with Fiol !

In a shaker put the lemon juice, the strawberry syrup and the pièces of strawberries.

Use a muddler to crush this mix.

Add remaining ingrédients, EXCEPT the bubbles and add ice.

Shake vigorously and then for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the totality of your shaker into a glass of wine and complete your glass with the bubbles of Fiol.
