Mandarines syrup

Thyme

1 Oz

Loop gin

2 Oz

Peach juice

2 Oz

Fiol

In a shaker pour the other ingredients out,except the Fiol.

Add the ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the totality of your shaker into a flute glass.

Top with the bublles of Fiol.
