Orgeat syrup
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
1 Oz
Hayman's gin
1 Berries
Anis star
2 Oz
Pear juice
2 Oz
Ginger ale
- Ice

In a shaker, pour the ingredients out, EXCEPT the Ginger Ale
Put ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds
Pour the totality of your shaker, into a Fizz Glass.
Top with the Ginger Ale.
