A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.......
Ingredients
Recipe for 1 Cocktail
4 Piece(s)
Peach
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Peach syrup
2 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Fiol
- Ice
-
In a shaker, add the fruits, the lemon juice and the peach syrup.
Muddle gentelly with a muddler.
Pour the other ingrédients, EXEPT the Fiol Prosecco.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass of champagne and then top with the Fiol Prosecco....
