In a shaker, pour the ingredients out and fill your shaker up with ice cubes, Except the Fiol Prosecco.
Shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour out your cocktail, through a cocktail strainer, into a coupette glass.
Top with the Fiol Prosecco
