Pineapple

0.50 Oz

Orgeat syrup

0.50 Oz

Cointreau

1 Oz

Bacardi spiced rum

2 Oz

Pineapple juice

In a shaker, muddle the pineapple pieces with the almond syrup and pour the other ingredients out.

Add the ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour the mix out into an old-fashioned glass.
