A fruity, floral and very refresh summer drink....

Ingredients

Recipe for 1 Cocktail

Strawberry(ies)

2 Leaf(ves)

Mint

0.50 Oz

Crème de cassis

0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

1 Oz

Bacardi white rum

1 Oz

1642 tonic

Ice

In a shaker, put the strawberry pieces, pour the lemon juice and the Creme de cassis out.

Use a muddler to crush this mix, add the mint leaves and pour the Rum out.

Fill your shaker up with ice and shake well for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour all the mix out into a Fizz glass and fill it up with the 1642 Tonic and stir it well.
