Lemon juice

Seventh heaven gin
2 Oz
Elderflower tonic 1642
1 Sprig(s)
Thyme
4 Unit(s)
Raspberries
0.50 Oz
Liquid cane sugar
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the 1642!
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain with a strainer into a glass of champagne.
Top with the 1642 Eldeflower.
