A nice variation of the clasical cocktail the Bellini.
Ingredients
Recipe for 1 Cocktail
0.50 Oz
Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Peach syrup
1 Oz
Bold vodka
1 Oz
White cranberry juice
2 Oz
Sparkling wine
1 Sprig(s)
Rosemary
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour all the ingrédients, EXCEPT the bubbles.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a glass of champagne.
Top with the Domaine Chandon Sweet Star.
