Passion fruit syrup

Amaro lucano
2 Oz
Pineapple juice
2 Oz
Fever tree tonic
- Ice

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients, Except the Fever Tree Tonic.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker in a wine glass.
Top with the Fever Tree Tonic.
