Lemon juice
0.50 Oz
Liquid sugar canne
2 Leaf(ves)
Basil
4 Piece(s)
Cucumber
1 Oz
Balzac absinthe
2 Oz
Apple juice
2 Oz
1642 tonic
- Ice
-
In a shaker, pour the pieces of cucumber, the lemon juice and the liquid sugar canne.
Use a muddler to crush gentelly this mix.
Pour the other ingredients, Except the 1642 Tonic.
Add ice and shake well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour the totality of your shaker into a wine glass and top with the 1642 Tonic.
