0.50 Oz

Lemon juice

0.50 Oz

Pineapple syrup

4 Piece(s)

Green apple

1 Oz

Plantation rum

2 Oz

Pear juice

Ice

For the cocktail

In a shaker, add the lemon juice, the pineapple syrup and the apple pieces.
use a mudler to crush gentelly this mix.
Fill it up with ice cubes.
Shake it well during 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain the mix into a little wine glass.
